Background Information

 

The world now knows that Hydrogen is powerful, and everybody's talking about it. Unfortunately, Hydrogen-powered as well as hybrid cars have not matured yet. Their MPG performance is not as great as expected. And even worse, Hydrogen pressure tanks in cars and in fuel stations are a huge safety hazard – this stuff is E.X.P.L.O.S.I.V.E like hell. It gets even worse when you hear about Hydrogen factories – they pollute the environment so badly, that the ecological apparent advantage of “clean” cars is immediately exposed as a lie... Too bad.

The solution is Hydrogen-On-Demand systems. These are systems or devices such as the systems offered by Hydromotion, offer the safest and most economical solution: we produce Hydrogen when we need it, rather than producing it in an expensive and polluting factory, then delivering it in vehicles and storing it unsafely in high-pressure gas tanks.

Hydrogen-On-Demand is much better for the environment. It is MUCH safer for the driver and passengers. I don't want my family sitting right on top of a potential super explosive bomb on the way to a picnic or birthday!

Water can be transformed into a perfect energy supply. It is abundant, non-polluting, and eternal in nature. You split it efficiently and combust it efficiently. After harvesting that released energy, you again have H2O as the by-product. Hard to beat!

Will the greed of big oil and big business ever be satisfied enough that they can stop destroying this planet? I seriously doubt it.

There is energy aplenty in the wind, the sun, in flowing rivers and waterfalls...

Even in a cup of water, latent there, just waiting for the adventurous discoverer.....or you and me looking to make a saving.

Technology - the science behind it all!!

  WELCOME TO FREE ENERGY!

  Congratulations! .......You have taken the first steps to chose to own and operate a water-to-energy converter. Hydromotion will install the equipment into your vehicle, which will help you to reduce your fuel consumption quite drastically. This is one of the most PRACTICAL “free-energy” devices, marked by extraordinary simplicity and effectiveness ever discovered. This technology has been developed from 19th century discoveries which are as old as 1884 or earlier! You cannot get anything, anywhere near this good, for several times the price. The inventor is anonymous and this technology is in the public domain.

  The diagram here is of a typical two cell system which uses the electrical system in your vehicle to produce a electroysis of pure water in the tanks. This process releases minute particles of hydrogen gas and as these particles rise to the surface of the water, they mix with oxygen in the air to produce a gas substance called HHO. 'H' stands for hydrogen (2 particles) bonded together with Oxygen, to produce the HHO. The amount of HHO needed to make a difference in any particular vehicle will depend upon the requirements of the engine being fitted but it does not matter if the fuel system is petrol or diesel - the effects will be the same - namely hugely increased engine performance and more importantly - efficiency. HHO is also known as 'Rhodes Gas' or 'Browns Gas' after the famous researchers, William A Rhodes and Professor Yull Brown.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In these picture you can clearly see what our present cell systems look like. In the full kit picture you can see two cells, a header or bubbler tank, and a pulse width monitor. The latter electronics (shown on its own lower down on this page) pulses the current delivered so that it maximises the breakdown of the water based electrolyte and delivers the maximum amount of gas per amp of electrical energy used.

By tuning the PWM so it delivers an optimum amount of gas, stress to the HHO cell can be minimised so that the installation will last for the maximum time possible.

We will be constantly adding to the effectiveness of our systems by continually enhancing future equipment so that we stay continually ahead of the game in terms of innovation. FACT: Pound for pound HHO IS 3 TIMES MORE POTENT THAN PETROL OR DIESEL!!!

US patents from the 1920’s describing this technology as the common knowledge of those days! The early devices simply added water vapour to the normal mixture of petrol/diesel and air, ubt it had most of the benefits of its bigger brother, the HHO device that we explained earlier.

Some say that this early technology has its main origins in the fog of WW II, where it is said to have been used on aircraft during the war. One story has it that as pilots flew their aircraft close to the surface of the water, they noticed a dramatic increase in the power and performance of their engines. For reasons that remain obscure, this technology has never really reached the worldwide public.

What has been done over the last 8 years or so, has amounted to a huge research project by one or two individuals in the USA and this has resulted in today’s SIMPLIFIED technology using specially made and imported parts and materials, to bring you a system which is affordable to have installed, simple to understand and very very POWERFUL. Our development techniques also makes it easy for you to use and maintain our Hydromotion technology. You can either maintain it yourself or ask us to maintain your system for you. This is not all that time consuming for us and so it is a facility which is relatively inexpensive when compared to other maintainence programs.

 

“WHAT IS HAPPENING INSIDE MY ENGINE???”

Adding Brown's Gas to the fuel/air mixture has the immediate effect of increasing the octane rating of any fuel.“Octane Rating” means how much that fuel can be compressed before it ignites. Low grade gasoline (what's called “Regular” or 87 octane in UK) ignites faster than higher octane fuels. It takes less compression to ignite. This fact causes the petrol or diesel to ignite before TDC (Top Dead Center, the point where the piston is at the highest point of its motion), making it less efficient because the explosion of gas fumes pushes the piston down and out of sequence (it's too early so it goes a bit in reverse) and therefore the “pinking” noise and less power from Regular fuel. Brown's gas or water vapour causes regular low-grade fuel to ignite more slowly, making it perform like a high octane fuel! A higher octane rating means stronger horse power due to combustion occurring much closer to TDC, where it has a chance to turn into mechanical torque (rotary push) the right way and without pinking Each piston transfers more energy during its combustion cycle, so combustion becomes more efficient – as well as SMOOTH. More efficient combustion translates to less fuel being consumed.

You see, this technology does not mean we're running on water, but introducing HHO simply and effectively creates the effect of using the same bad fuel in a more economical way. It supplements and actually CORRECT the behaviour of petrol and diesel. Free energy does exist, but it has to be triggered by something. In this case, the interaction between water and gasoline is how it happens.

 

HOW MUCH WATER IS NEEDED

Very little. If you use water only (vapourising the water by slowly bubbling it and then sucking it into the engine), a Gallon of water would be consumed in about 8 months. If you're using electrolysis to separate it to HHO first, that Gallon will be consumed in maybe 3-4 months. Still very little. You save roughly £900-£1,200 a year on fuel alone (not to mention maintenance savings) which for low mileage cars would take only 10 months or so to break even. So if you want to talk absolutes, this is not 100% free, but you'll agree with me that we're creating a LOT of effect out of very, very little. It reminds of an old story my father used to tell me about this guy who tried to turn sand into gold...well he still needed the sand, didn't he?

This is water into gold! Not in the future but today - with inexpensive and professionaly fitted technology.

ENERGY FACTS:

  1. Water “conceals” a lot of energy inside. Let's examine how much.
  2. Compared to the energy of one pound of fossil fuel (let's call it 100%), the energy in a pound of Hydrogen is only 80% - while Brown's Gas of the same weight has a whopping 300% of the energy!
  3. When separating it into its Brown's Gas state, each Gallon of water expands into gigantic proportions – 1866 Gallons of combustible gas! That's why so much effect on the engine, while such little water is being consumed per week.

 

WHY THE TIME HAS COME FOR THIS TECHNOLOGY

HHO gas mentioned above goes by many other names, such as Oxy-Hydrogen, hydroxy (short for hydroxygen) or di-hydroxy, Brown's Gas, green gas, waterfuel, etc but it is very different from pure Hydrogen. HHO has great advantages over pure Hydrogen – and is the only one of these two that qualifies for “Free energy” - but let's have a look at both options, shall we?

In June 2005, a world record MPG has been achieved by students of the Federal Polytechnical School of Zurich, Switzerland – using Hydrogen – for an eye-popping 12,665 MPG! This is not a typo. They ran a test car for 13 miles on... 1.02 grams of Hydrogen.

Right now, today, is a prime time for Hydromotion technology. Not that it's new. No. It's been here for many years. But in the past it was EASY for Big Petrol to suppress this technology. That’s because inventors were isolated and vulnerable. They could be bribed, threatened or shot dead. Also, since it took these hard working fellows a lifetime of effort to achieve workable inventions, they felt they had to keep their cards close to their chests. Secrecy was detrimental – they became a target!!!

Today, on the other hand, we have very fast communication lines such as email, mobile phones and the Internet. Inventions from wise developers, who also like sharing their knowledge rather than secrecy, fly back and forth and all out at mind boggling speeds. Exchange-exchange-exchange is the order of the day. Some of our water-car email lines are jammed with hundreds of inventions and invention updates each and every week! With this speed and sharing spirit in mind, it will become clear to you why this technology is now unstoppable.

Change is inevitable! Water is the fuel of the future. Period. But we mean no violent revolution. We take it bit by bit so people have enough time to absorb the new facts of life and the science behind this technology, and so businesses have enough time to rearrange themselves around the changing market. Free energy does not mean that whole industries have to close down. They will have so much more to do now: new car models, new power plants, new homes and home appliances (to heat ourselves and operate the house energy lines using water), and so forth.

A quiet revolution is already happening, where everybody will eventually win because we’ll be saving the planet from destruction and energy depletion. Save the trees, the oceans and above all the atmosphere! And there's a lot of money to be made, both for small and big business.

 

WHY HAVE THE BIG COMPANIES NOT EMBRACED WATER TECHNOLOGY?

Water technology (and general water-fuel technology) scares some big business, especially Big fuel companies. Instead of going with the flow, they try to halt it or at least try to say that it’s impossible. For instance Popular Science Magazine reported that they have tested a variety of fuel enhancers and have found NO GAIN in any of them. How come? All the executives of Gulf Laboratories (the developers) and 10,000's of clients who are running these devices daily under the bonnets of their cars, with great benefits! Now many people love the magazine 'Popular Science' and they have been leaning from it since the early 1980’s when it launched – but this time we’ve got something to teach THEM!

Under these circumstances, and in order to ensure the viability of the project and the survival of this vital technology, we have adopted this firm policy:

·         Everybody and his wife (my version of “the whole world and his sister...”) now has access to effective water-fuel technology! No barriers!

·         As much as we can help it, water-fuel technology is NOT ANYMORE protected by patents and “trade secrets” and is given to the public on an “open source” basis, which means anybody can now benefit from its fantastic properties.

·         Our philosophy is simple and non-compromising: No secrets – No complexities – No greed. And we wish to work with like-minded people!

·         We fit the whole system into your car and if you like we can even arrange to maintain it for you - or alternatively show you how to maintain the system yourself if you'd prefer.

The list below describes the TYPICAL  WET kit, which means it is the OLD equipment recommended by Hydromotion. From 1st May 2009 we will be recommending the Dry Cell kit featured in the video above, based on our experience and the numerous feedbacks we have received so far. You may still have a cheaper wet cell kit installed - A typical WET Cell kit comprises of the following:

1. HHO Generator Cell & Pulse Width Modulator

 

HHO Cell - each cell can deliver 4 litres of HHO gas per minute

A number variably sized highly durable plexiglass cells. These cells are able to withstand temperatures of up to 240 degrees C and as low as 20 below zero. We have even frozen a cell solid and put it to work in an operational system - the system had fully thawed out and was working normally within 20 minutes. We use a very special set of additives in the electrolyte to ensure that your cell will remain operational for the maximum available timeframe and will deliver a high level of gas per ampere of power consumed. 50 specially designed alloy plates ensure that your cell will continue to operate in the most hostile of driving environments.

 

 

Electronic Pulse Width Modulator

A Pulse Width Modulatore (or PWM) pulses the current delivered so that it maximises the breakdown of the water based electrolyte and delivers the maximum amount of gas per amp of electrical energy used.

By tuning the PWM so it delivers an optimum amount of gas, stress to the HHO cell can be minimised so that the installation will last for the maximum time possible.

 

2.   Fitting Kits – electrodes, valves, wiring terminals, piping, brass ferrules, induction kit electrical connections, relays, fuses, wiring etc. This equipment are part of a very unique design, with every thought given to a top quality installation. 3.    MAP Sensor Enhancer – This piece of equipment is only fitted where necessary. We will advise if you need one of these for your installation. This effectively allows your Lambdha sensor to deliver the correct signal to your Engine Management Computer and will stop your clever petrol delivery system from sabotaging what we are looking to do for you = namely to reduce the fuel flow through your engine. This will only be necessary for some petrol fittings and as the latest generation of diesel engines are made, new diesel engines may need this piece of clever electronics to be included in your fit. We will advise if you need this system or not when we install your equipment for you. We will be publishing a picture of our electronic device which has been purpose built for Hydromotion.

4. Oxygen Sensor Extender - This can be used instead of a MAP Sensor Enhancer or Electronic Fuel System box. This allows a petrol (and some new diesel engines) to have the Lambdha sensor still fitted in the normal way to the vehicle but this will have the effect of pulling the probe slightly out of the exhaust gas mix thereby slightly reducing its sensivity and allowing the hydrogen gas to take its full effect. This solution seems to work in about 20% of cases and is a less expensive option than the full electronic solution.

5. Engine Re-Mapping (if requested) - In some engines, because we are introducing extra fuel by way of HHO gas, we can afford to 'turn down' the amount of diesel or petrol being delivered to the engine and to lean it sufficiently to further increase the fuel savings being made. Normally this might cause the engine to reheat but the by produce of burning HHO gas produces a cooler mixture anyway so this will cause a still further increase in MPG and a corresponding increase in torque and brake horsepower.

 6. PCF Enhancer

   

Another companion to your Hydrogen-On-Demand system that improves the PCV function, protects your engine and saves fuel.



7.    Fuse holder + installation wiring with ready-to-hook-terminals. Plus quick splice connectors for easy electrical installation. Plus flex protective tubing.

8.    Vacuum line T-connectors. Helps us to connect the Electrolyser and/or Vapouriser to the Intake Manifold of the vehicle.

9.    Two vacuum line hoses, cut to the required length. (DO NOT CUT THOSE ANY SHORTER, IT'S ONE OF THE SAFETY FEATURES IN THE SYSTEM!)

10.  Installation hardware: Bungee cords and cable straps as necessary to secure the HHO Cells.

11.  Catalyst(sometimes called “Electrolyte” but actually the electrolyte is the correct term for the catalyst PLUS water) – this is the very SAFE water mixed with special additives: the typical installation usually comes with 5 litres of electrolyte included and you will be able to purchase further electrolyte when you need it. We will install this at the outset and this will need to be changed during routine maintenance. The electrolyte is what helps the electricity separate water into HHO. Distilled water alone does not conduct electricity so nothing would happen without this Electrolyte.

A typical 5 litre container of electrolyte is enough for 4-8 months of normal driving, and more can be obtained cheaply from us any anytime that you may need it.

Basically everything you need to successfully operate your hydromotion system - just turn the ignition key and you are away!

  Some notes on a test that was conducted

 

Tests were conducted on a 2.5 Litre Ford Galaxy diesel car in different types of driving.

 

The pre mileage of this vehicle was 26 miles per gallon (mpg) for town driving and 28 mpg for motorway driving. An overall improvement of 22% to around 56% was experienced using 3 to 12 HHO Cell configurations.

 

We are confident on obtaining 20% on the majority of vehicles and we have experienced up to 75% improvement on some others. We never guarantee these figures but lets face it, we are introducing a gas into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine which is 3 times more explosive than petrol and 6 times more than gas.

 

The cost of producing this gas is free because in most cases the alternator produces excessive electrical energy anyway and the regulator attenuates (soaks up) the excessive electrical energy.

 

I have heard people state that there is no such thing as a free lunch and in general terms this is often true. It is also true that simply turning on your car stereo could rob electrical energy that the engine would otherwise need and cause an increase in mpg. However, excessive electrical energy is often produced which is absorbed into the atmosphere as heat and effectively wasted. Harnessing this energy is therefore not costing anything and is being used to produce free fuel.

 

Another example of this principle is the use of a fuel heater. When the fuel being introduced into the engine is heated up, it is more easily combusted and an increase in mpg is experienced. If existing heat from the vehicles radiator system is harnessed for this purpose, then this again is a free service and the heat which would otherwise be lost is being put to better use.

 

Finally, I would like to mention that the introduction of this gas into your vehicle increases the combustability of the fuel and a fuller fuel burn will occur. You may know that only around 80% of the fuel introduced into your car is burnt up and it is estimated that 85 to 92% is the resultant fuel burn using an HHO generated gas system.

 

 

Important Notice on Safety!

Whilst it is true that having our staff fit an HHO system is perfectly safe, it must be stressed that Hydrogen Gas is 3 times more explosive than most fuels and 6 times more than some other fuels. This means that if this system is not fitted correctly or is tampered with then there is a potential for an accident to occur which could be harmful to health and it could cause an explosion. We recommend that an HHO system is fitted by one of our experienced staff and that once fitted this system is not tampered with in any way. We refute responsibility for any accident or loss in any way whatesoever which is as a result of any tampering with such a system where fitted.

If we agree to suppy a customer with a fitting kit, we hereby refute any responsibility with regard to the safety of such an installation. Any customer purchasing such a kit will have this point stressed to them and a disclaimer will have to be signed to this effect. Failure to sign a disclaimer for a fitting kit will result in the kit not being supplied as requested.
