Companies Page
If you run a company, then you don't need us to point out to you that the current cost of
diesel is having an effect on your business. We can help and within a month - you will be clear on how this is working for your
company. We have dedicated this page to companies so that you don't have to scroll through all of the reams and reams of information
contained on other pages herein. If you have time available, then please feel free to surf this site as there is a huge amount of
information available to you. If you don't have much time available however, we have condensed much of the information into this
page.

How our Hydrogen on Demand Systems Work
Water contains 2
hydrogen molecules for each oxygen molecule already compressed within it. Oxygen molecules have 8 electrons and hydrogen has only 1 so
effectively each water molecule has 8 parts oxygen to 2 parts hydrogen. Another way of putting this is each time a water molecule releases its
energy, there are 3 parts oxygen and 1 part hydrogen.
This process is activated by using
electrolysis. Distilled water has a specific amount of electrolyte added to it to allow it to partially conduct an electric current and this
releases the hydrogen and oxygen molecules within the water. This combined hydrogen and oxygen gas is called HHO or Browns Gas. It is quite an
amazing fact that in one litre of water there are 1,866 litres of combustible gas, which is 3 times more explosive than petrol and 6 times
more so than diesel.
The electrical part of the system is
simply a 12v feed from an ignition switched positive feed which is fused to withstand 15 amps. Great care must be taken to ensure that the
correct water and electrolyte mixture is maintained as if too much electrolyte is mixed with the water, excessive current and heat will be
produced, more oxygen will result when compared with the hydrogen and the fuses will continually blow.

If this is allowed to occur, you will
open one of the HHO cells a week or two down the line only to find that the electrodes will have melted and that is ignoring the fact that
your wiring will have burnt out - so maintenance is actually quite critical with one of our installations.
We are confident on obtaining 20% on the majority of vehicles and we
have experienced up to 55% improvement on some others. We never guarantee these figures but lets face it, we are introducing a gas into the
combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine which is 3 times more explosive than petrol and 6 times more than
diesel.
The cost of producing this gas is free
because in most cases the alternator produces excessive electrical energy anyway and the regulator attenuates (soaks up) the excessive
electrical energy.

Installation = Initial Installation and there will be an additional fee charged for
travelling where appropriate. Relocate fee is the cost to remove an installation from one vehicle and re-install in another at the same same site
(please note again that there will be other charges according to travelling where appropriate). Refills are charged every 6,000 (12,000 for cars)
and these costs have been incorporated into the ROI figures provided in the large table above.
The net savings column take into account the refill fees but not the installation. The ROI (Return on Investment) column takes
into account both the initial installation charge and the refill charge and this figure gives the number of miles travelled to break even.
Don't forget though, this system can be easily moved from one vehicle to another and the savings can continue in the second
vehicle.
The above costs of fuel have been used however it is recognised that transport companies will pay a lower rate than at the
pumps due to VAT being reclaimable for most activities.
Costs above do not show VAT which is calculated at 15% as in most cases this will
reclaimable
Note: the above information is based upon savings only - it should be remembered that the emissions from engines with one
of our systems will be very much cleaner than before and much fewer toxins will be absorbed into our atmosphere as a result of our systems
being fitted into your vehicle.
The above costing figures are for our new slimline system only - if the fuller multi HHO hydrogen system is installed, costs
will be double and emissions will be even better.
|
Example using the table above and below:
A commercial vehicle is currently experiencing 6 miles per gallon of diesel. The figures from the table are as
follows: £1,000 Gallons of diesel at a cost of £4,778 are consumed. At a cost of £1.05 per litre (VAT has been ignored for this
comparison) - savings of £1,051 on the minimimum experienced performance of22% = the vehicle will need to trave 9,988
miles to get the invesment cost to zero. After this - you are in credit and we estimate our new systems will last for 5 years
plus.
Please note:
We cannot predict what your performance figures will be but we do say that
provided all advice on your installation is followed, we are very confident that 20% will be the minimum performance
improvement you will experience. In truth, we will be looking to get your increase over 25%.
